And in the event that the driver cancels the official request accordingly, the user acknowledges that the company or the driver shall not be responsible for compensating the user for any damages sustained by him as a result of that.
- The user acknowledges the company's right to add a sticker to the parcel bearing the trademark of Boxed-Up, provided that the trademarks, trade name or any of the user's details mentioned on the parcel are not covered or obscured.
- The term of this agreement is one calendar year, effective from the date of entry into force, and it is automatically renewed unless one of the other parties feels that it is unwilling to renew it before a period of no less than (60) days from the date of the expiry of its term or any periods of renewal.
